Pet Policy

Pets must be leashed, cleaned up after and not left unattended. You are responsible for any damages or injury to other guests or county staff caused by you or your pets actions. Pets are not allowed to chase or harass wildlife in the parks.

Alcohol Policy

In order to promote a safe environment for all visitors, the County has established a few locations at Benton Beach Park that are identified as alcohol free zones. These areas include the beach and the playgrounds. Each of the locations has signs identifying the boundaries of the alcohol free zone. Alcohol may be served at the Lakeview Center without a vendor license, but may only be sold by a licensed vendor.

Behavior

The County reserves the right to ask visitors to leave the park property if their actions and behavior are in violation of any rules, or they are disruptive to other guests.
