All users will be required to make a log in before making a reservation.

Lakeview Center

This facility has an upper and lower level that has a capacity of 99. Both levels have an excellent view of the lake. The upper level has a log/wood interior; the lower level has a block accented with a wood interior. Both lower level and deck are handicapped accessible. Hours of occupancy are from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight).

Lakeview Center Rental Information

The rental of this facility includes the entire complex, upper/lower levels, no partial rentals. There will be no overnight occupancy of this facility.
Half-Day Rental: $125 plus the $200 damage deposit (8 AM to 4 PM or 5 PM to 12 AM). This option is only available Monday-Thursday.

Full-Day/Weekend Rental Rates

One-day Weekend: $550 ($100 discount for County Residents) for a full day’s use plus the damage deposit (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday rent full day only – 8 AM to 12 AM)
Two-day Weekend: $750 ($100 discount for County Residents) for a full weekend (Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday – 8 AM to Midnight each day) plus the damage deposit.
Three-day Weekend: $900 ($100 discount for county Residents) for a three-day weekend (Friday – Sunday; 8 AM to Midnight each day) plus an additional $200 damage deposit.
Damage/Cleaning Deposit: There is a $200 pre-paid damage deposit.
- After approval by the park staff, the County will return the damage deposit within 30days.

Non-Profits, Non-County Gov’t Agencies: Rent for 50% of the fee

Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds

Reservation cancellation must be made 30 days before the reservation date. The reservation deposit, plus the damage clean-up deposit, will be returned minus a $20.00 administration fee. All refunds will be refunded via check or back to credit card.

Picnic Shelters

Large Picnic Shelter (Sportsman’s): $75.00/day plus damage deposit
Small Picnic Shelter: $50.00/day plus damage deposit
Damage/Clean-Up Deposit: $30.00/shelter
Bend In the River Picnic Shelter: $150/day plus damage deposit ($50 discount for County Residents or 50% discount for Non-profit)

Cancellations, Deposits & Refunds

Reservation cancellation must be made two weeks (14 days) before the reservation date. The reservation fee, plus damage/clean-up deposit, will be returned minus a $20.00 administration fee. All refunds will be refunded via check that can be picked up at the county admin office in Foley.
